After gaining a scholarship for my academic attainment at undergraduate level, I studied a master's degree in English from Swansea University. I took a particular interest in Medieval Literature, contemporary women's literature, and fantasy fiction. My master's thesis (available on request) was entitled 'The Intertextuality of Contemporary Fantasy Fiction: The Magicians Trilogy by Lev Grossman and The Chronicles of Narnia by C. S. Lewis'.
Studying English literature provided me with a deep appreciation of language and the magic of storytelling. It enhanced my critical analysis and interpretation skills, which are essential in the editing process.
